The Cleveland Browns had plenty of confidence that after winning every game in the preseason, the success would carry over to the 2017 regular season. However, that has proven to be anything but the case.
With Sunday’s 27-21 overtime loss to the Green Bay Packers at FirstEnergy Stadium, the Browns dropped to 0-13 for the second consecutive year, something that no one within the organization thought would happen because of the commitment to improvement from the coaches and players during the offseason program, training camp and the preseason.
“Nobody thought that we would be having this record that we have, but we can’t sit here and complain about it, sulk and hang our head about it,” Cleveland Browns Jerseys
linebacker Christian Kirksey said. “We just have to do something to get more wins for this city, and we will continue to try to find our way. That is what we are going to do.”

With their 13th consecutive loss during the 2017 season, the Browns dropped to a league-worst 1-28 since the opening game of 2016.
The Browns have not won on a Sunday afternoon since December 13, 2015. The 30 straight Sunday losses are an NFL record, and their 4-46 mark in the last 50 outings is the worst in the league in that four-year span.
Additionally, the Cheap Jerseys Browns’ losing streak currently stands at 354 days, as their last victory came on December 24, 2016.
“You definitely don’t walk into the season thinking you are going to go 0-13,” offensive lineman Joel Bitonio said. “You take it one week at a time as a player. Each week, you try to get the win. Unfortunately, for us this year, the losses have piled up. It is tough. It really sucks.
“We are doing Cheap nfl Jerseys everything on our part to try to be better and try to get those wins. I think you have seen promise the last quarter of the season, but it doesn’t matter on the win-loss record. It is really unfortunate, but I know the guys in the locker room and I know the coach, we are going to fight and do everything we can this week in practice to try to get this win against Baltimore.”
Although the Browns have had their struggles, the veterans in the locker room are confident the team will recover from a “heartbreaker” against the Green Bay Packers, who were down by 14 points with 13 minutes to play before scoring 20 straight to secure the come-from-behind win in overtime.
“It is the National Football League,” Kirksey said. “There is no time to be sad and hang your head about it. You just have to be a man and keep chopping that wood. That is what we are going to do. The wins will come.
“As long as we Customized Jerseys know we did everything in our power, individually and collectively, to go out there and win, then it will happen, but right now, we are just going through some growing pains. We just have to stay together, stay the course and believe in each other.”
